Fermentation

Using the ultra-clean stainless steel system of brewing
kettles, piping and heat exchange cooler, John draws
off a customer's beer for fermentation.

From the fixed-temperature fermentation room, this
customer's beer will go to the cold room, where the sub
zero temperature will prevent chill haze and contribute
to a very tight filtration.

Finally, the beer will be filtered in the final process
prior to storage under pressure, resulting in boutique
beers at a great price.

Bottling

Return on your booked date and bottle your beer. You
can bring your own bottles, or buy them from us the
first time. They'll need to be rinsed and sterilized.
Each brew will make about 6 cartons of beer.

Canning

You can also can your beer! The can
gives your beer zero light exposure and
very
low oxygen levels.

Seaming your can

Simple!
Just position and activate.

Your beer will be at it's best kept cold. It does not need
to be aged, although our customers tell us the
taste of their beer improves over the first week or so.

ENJOY!

We at the Brewing Experience value you as a fellow beer connoisseur, so remember...brew your own, drink at home.
